Coming soon to the United States · For HVAC, solar, heat pump and EV charger installers
Never lose a job to a missed call.
You can't pick up from an attic, a rooftop or a crawl space, and most callers won't leave a voicemail. They just call the next contractor. InstallerLine is an AI phone receptionist that answers the calls you can't take, captures the caller's details and pencils a tentative estimate or service visit onto your calendar. You confirm each one with a tap, so nothing is booked without your OK.
- Keep your own business number
- Missed callers get a text back
- Pricing announced at launch
How it works
It answers the calls you can't
Forward busy or unanswered calls to InstallerLine. It answers in your business name, tells callers it's an AI assistant, and takes their name, number, address and what they need.
It pencils in a tentative slot
Within the scheduling rules you set, it pencils an estimate or service visit onto your calendar, marked tentative. The caller is told the time isn't confirmed until you approve it.
You confirm with a tap
You get a call summary and confirm the appointment with one tap, or suggest another time. If you don't confirm, the slot is released and the caller is told you'll follow up. Nothing is booked without your OK.
Languages
Your receptionist will answer in English at launch. Spanish support is planned, and we'll switch it on only once we've tested it with real HVAC and solar vocabulary.
About missed-call texts in the US
Business texting in the US follows carrier registration rules (A2P 10DLC). Before text-back is switched on for your number, your business has to be registered with the carriers, which can take a few weeks. We'll handle the paperwork with you, and your receptionist can start answering calls while registration is in progress.
Texts are sent only to people who have just called your business, are informational, not promotional, and include a way to opt out.
